Born and raised in London, England, Joel is an award winning director with 10+ years experience in the film industry. As an editor, Joel has worked for such clients as HBO Max, Universal, Motortrend & The Cheesecake Factory.

Aubrey Blacker
With a Master's in Urban and Regional Planning from UCLA, Aubrey is passionate about building systems that reimagine workplace culture to be community-centered, streamlined, and equitable. She has 5+ years of experience launching and leading projects, programs, and departments ranging in focus areas such as child education, foster care, climate justice, and community engagement. She has experience producing and post-producing shorts, commercials, and PSAs, but her sweet spot is all things documentary. In 2020, she produced an 11-part online educational series about race, anti-blackness, and politics in the US. In 2021, she built and launched Zappy Bear LLC, and in 2022, she post-produced the feature film ‘Exposure’ (2023) directed by Peter Canon. To Aubrey, storytelling is a powerful tool to influence culture to be more equitable and humane.
